Our Responsibilities

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner operation.

We vacuum your pool.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We brush your pool (walls, steps, tiles).

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We net your pool.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain proper water level.

Report any findings of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when required.

Monthly price is based on a 4 week month.

Stabilizer treatments required.

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Premium Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

Note: It is OK to switch plan types (Premium -> Standard & Standard -> Premium). Simply contact us to schedule the change.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to remove phosphates, perform a filter cleaning with acid and boost the stabilizer. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for customers on our weekly service plans.
